We accept orders only from U.S. customers residing in the United States. We ship only to the 50 states of the U.S.A.

Please allow 3-5 Days for dispatch of any order placed on this site. We do not accept phone or direct email orders.


We do our best to ship all orders without delay but cannot guarantee same-day shipping on your order. If you have special requirements for delivery and/or other comments please do so before placing your order. Email or call 203.269.1808. Our normal hours of operation are M-F 9:00 to 5:00 Eastern Time Zone. 

Flat-Rate shipping charges for all orders: 

Ground: $15.00

FedEx or UPS 2-Day Air: $28.00

FedEx or UPS Next Day Air: $50.00


Your order may be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Tracking info will be shared when order is dispatched.   


If you would like to return your order to us, you can do so within 10 calendar days of receipt for a full refund or for an exchange for a different product. Only brand new and unused items with no signs of wear in original packaging are eligible. Custom orders/Customized products are not returnable. 

We require a valid RA (Return Authorization) be issued for all items being sent to us for return or exchange. Please phone or email us with details of the product(s) you wish to return. We will issue an RA for an approved return in the form of a PDF document sent to you via email. Please print the document, fill out completely and include with your shipment to us. Your shipment must be sent to us freight prepaid and we advise you to insure the package for full retail value. Return shipping back to you is an additional charge for exchanged products. Your refund will be in the form of a check sent via regular mail within 10 days of item receipt and approval. The original shipping costs will not be refunded in all cases.


You may cancel any order only before we have dispatched your items. In this instance, we will refund you in full using the original payment method within 5 days.
